Home and Bathroom Remodel in West Lake Hills

In West Lake Hills, Texas, we had the pleasure of working with an incredible couple who, with a love for travel, were preparing to embark on extended stays around the globe. They wanted their home to be ready for listing on rental websites, giving them the freedom to travel for weeks or months at a time while generating rental income.

Our remodel focused on transforming their primary suite, especially the primary bath, to create a retreat-like space that would attract potential renters and add a touch of luxury.

The project began by taking the primary bath down to the studs, allowing us to reimagine the space from the ground up. We installed a custom walk-in shower, new tile flooring, and a stylish West Elm vanity. Carefully selected lighting, mirrors, and hardware added an upscale finish, giving the bathroom a fresh, modern look. But the real highlight of the remodel was just outside: a balcony right off the primary bath.

The homeowners had a brilliant idea to add a unique feature: an outdoor tub with privacy screens, allowing for complete seclusion while offering a breathtaking view of the property, which is nestled among lush trees. This distinctive addition created a spa-like experience, letting guests soak in nature without leaving the comforts of home.

It was a fantastic project for a remarkable couple fulfilling their dream of world travel. With this remodel, their home is now a one-of-a-kind retreat ready to welcome guests from near and far, setting the stage for their journey ahead.
